Payment Cards

Ashley Anderson accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Maestro and Delta debit cards. We do not accept Solo cards or any cards that may be issued to persons under 18 years of age.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through the website, we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Ashley Anderson cannot accept an order until payment is received in full for all products and any related delivery charges.

Orders placed through the website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

Delivery

All items are delivered with a charge, excluding those areas shown within Delivery Information.

All orders will be delivered to a single specified address and placed in situ.

Delivery time scales are set out in our Delivery Information. All delivery times are estimates. We will try our best to meet the outlined delivery schedule but shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver ordered products within those stated time frames.

All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18.

Pricing

All prices are exclusive of VAT where appropriate.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of receiving your order acknowledgement. To cancel please E-mail info@ashleyanderson.co.uk. Please include your order number, postcode and contact telephone number.

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery Ashley Anderson reserve the right to repair, replace or refund the damaged item. To do so we require notification of any defect within 72 hours of the product being delivered to you. In addition we will require details of the fault, order number and delivery details.

We reserve the right to inspect all faulty products, for any reason, prior to agreeing to any part or full refund or any exchange.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of confirmation of the fault being received by Ashley Anderson. The refund will be to the account originally used to purchase the product.
