How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

We will send you a receipt by e-mail to confirm your order once you have placed it on our website.

When can I expect delivery?

We will contact you once your product has been made and advise you when you can expect delivery. A delivery date will be arranged, on a day to suit you. The expected delivery time is approximately four weeks. We provide a free delivery and installation service for UK mainland only.

Will I need to do anything for the delivery and installation of my product?

Our free delivery and installation service means that upon delivery our experienced team will unpack the product for you and install it where you want it. They will also give any operating instructions that you may require. 

Can I order at a VAT-FREE price?

VAT-FREE prices apply only to electrically operated chairs and beds. You must be chronically sick or disabled and notify us of this when you purchase your goods (this can be done at the checkout page). If this is not done, we will charge VAT at the prevailing rate.

If you are chronically sick or disabled you can buy our riser recliners and adjustable beds at a VAT-free price.

You can fill out the VAT exemption form to declare your eligibility and give details on your condition upon completion of your order. All prices are exclusive of VAT on the riser recliners and adjustable beds.

Prices of all of our riser recliners and adjustable beds are exclusive of VAT.
Please note there are penalties for making false declarations. If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or services zero-rated for VAT you should consult Notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people or contact the VAT National Advice Service on 0845 010 9000 before signing the declaration.
