The Ashley Anderson 5-year guarantee separates us from the competition. All products come with a 5-year guarantee so your customer has complete piece of mind. Any product issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently offering complete service and assurance all part of the Ashley Anderson promise to you.
Your Ashley Anderson chair is covered by a 5-year warranty.
Ashley Anderson will undertake repairs or replacement in the event of any of the following components found upon investigation to have failed or to be defective.
- Wooden Frame
- Motor
- Action
- Hand Control
Warranty is on a strictly back to base policy. All parts dispatched to customers will be on a chargeable basis including carriage. Credit for replacement goods is subject to return of original items & thereafter inspection to determine warranty compliance.
Warranty exclusions are: normal wear & tear, misuse, unauthorised repairs, accidental damage, negligence.
All claims for warranty must have details pertaining to our procedures as explained on the warranty registration card.
Warranty will be deemed to be invalid if it is identified that the product has been tampered with including electrical components.
Always seek advice from your stockist dealer in the event of the product failing to operate as specified.
