Fraud

Ashley Anderson will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will immediately be reported to the relevant authorities.

We are commited to provide you with a safe and stress-free shopping experience and to take extreme care with regards to how your information is used. We assure the highest level of safety and security for our customers and have established technological protection measures to ensure that all of our transaction processes, both online and offline, are extremely safe. All internet host IP addresses are also recorded for security reasons when placing an order online, which may identify your computer and internet connections, for fraud prevention purposes.

Payment Cards

Ashley Anderson accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Maestro and Delta debit cards. We do not accept Solo cards or any cards that may be issued to persons under 18 years of age.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through the website, we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions.

Ashley Anderson cannot accept an order until payment is received in full for all products.

Orders placed through the website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

Delivery

All items are delivered free of charge (UK mainland only).

All orders will be delivered to a single specified address and placed in situ.

Delivery time scales are set out in our Delivery Information. All delivery times are estimates. We will try our best to meet the outlined delivery schedule but shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver ordered products within those stated time frames.

All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18.

Pricing

All adjustable beds and riser recliners are priced exclusive of VAT. If you are chronically sick or disabled you may be eligible not to pay VAT on these items. In order to do this you must complete the VAT exemption form at checkout. If you are not chronically sick or disabled VAT will be charged at the current rate.
All other items are charged inclusive of VAT.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation

To cancel your order before delivery you must contact us on 0800  881 5959 or email customercare@ashleyanderson.co.uk  and a customer service operative will be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund. You are also given seven days after delivery of the product in which to return the goods. To do this you can contact us and we will arrange to collect the item. A full refund will be provided on condition that the goods are unused.

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery Ashley Anderson reserve the right to repair, replace or refund the damaged item. To do so we require notification of any defect within 24 hours of the product being delivered to you. In addition we will require details of the fault, order number and delivery details.
We reserve the right to inspect all faulty products, for any reason, prior to agreeing to any part or full refund or any exchange.

Refunds will only be issued to the invoice payee/address by the method used for the initial payment. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Guarantee

We take huge pride in the quality of our products and service and are happy to offer a huge five-year guarantee on all recliner and bed motors and mechanism.

Fully guaranteed, you will be able to enjoy your fabulous chair or bed whilst ensuring complete peace of mind with its five-year guarantee. Upholstery and handsets are covered for one year.
